Our Privacy Policy
The I.D.E.A. Store by CUSF is firmly committed to your privacy. This policy states our privacy practices for you, our customer, and your use of our web site and all interactions between you and The I.D.E.A. Store. Our mission in implementing this privacy policy is to first, protect your information, and second, use it only to provide you with the highest quality products and services available.
How Do We Collect and Use Your Information?
The I.D.E.A. Store may collect personally identifiable information, herein personal information, about you in the following ways:
- when you purchase products or services, you provide basic contact information and billing information
- when you click on any advertisement, link, or promotion
- if you choose, you may give us additional information (e.g., by entering non-required fields in our purchase interface, by sending a help request, by signing up for our email list or contacting us directly).
We use your personal information only to provide you the best possible products and services — to personalize your services, advertisements or promotions, notify you of technical or billing issues, inform you of changes in our products or services, send you our newsletter or communicate with you in any other way that you choose (e.g., to participate in market research efforts).

What Information Do We Collect?
To serve our customers purchasing our products we will need to collect and store some of your personal information. This includes: your name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is stored in the secure The I.D.E.A. Store commerce system for use in delivering our services to you. All of your banking details are directly transmitted to the banks secure server by secure channels. The staff of The I.D.E.A. Store cannot access that data at any time.
How is Your Personal Information Shared?
The I.D.E.A. Store will not disclose your personal information to any other company except:
- when you have opted-in to share the information with a third party;
- when we need to share the information with a company that works on our behalf. These companies do not have any right to use the personal information beyond what is necessary to assist us
- when you post a message or data file to any bulletin board, any information you choose to share will be posted to a group board that any visitor to the web site may view
- in response to a legal order, or when we believe you have acted in violation of our terms of use.
To be clear, we will not provide your personal information to our advertisers, advertising servers, or advertising agencies.
How Can You View Your Personal Information?
We allow you to view the personal information we keep at any time by sending us a request for your information. This information can be provided to you at anytime once you provide your email address.
How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
The I.D.E.A. Store makes every effort to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. We have a strict internal security policy that limits access to production systems and personal information only to authorized personnel. We protect access to your personal information though a username and password, and we protect your communication with our site using industry standard SSL for encryption and server authentication.
How Do We Use Cookies?
Like many other sites on the Internet, The I.D.E.A. Store uses cookies. If you select “Remember Me,” we may store and access cookies on your machine to allow you to bypass the process of re-entering your username and password each time you access the The-IDEA-Store.org site. We will not use cookies to track your footprints on our site in a personally identifiable way.
Though we currently do not have any advertising on our site, it is possible our site may contain advertising in the future. If you click on an advertisement through our services, the advertiser, or a company working on its behalf, may set and access cookies on your machine. Use of cookies is subject to their privacy policies, not ours. Please refer to their respective privacy policies if you have any concerns.
Do We Collect Information on Children?
The I.D.E.A. Store is not intended for use by individuals who are under the age of 18, nor we do encourage children to use the site. As such, The I.D.E.A. Store does not knowingly collect or use information from children. In the event that we learn an individual is younger than 18 years old, we will not allow the child to purchase our products, or, in the event the child already has, we will terminate the account and promptly delete all of the personal information we have collected.
What if Our Privacy Policy Changes?
The I.D.E.A. Store may from time to time revise this privacy policy. If we make any changes, we will post the new policy on our website so please check back from time to time to view a current version of the policy.

Refund Policy
Except where required by law, The I.D.E.A. Store does not accept returned products for refund. For our classes and workshops, we need to have your reservation at least one day before the workshop. You can always call to see if there is a space available and we can start a waiting list for a full class if you want to be contacted on short notice.
We reserve the right to cancel a class or workshop if we don’t have enough people sign-up, the instructor is unable to teach, or weather requires us to cancel. In these types of cases we will gladly refund your workshop registration fee.
You will be notified if the class or workshop for which you are currently registered is canceled and your registration fee will be fully refunded. No refunds will be given if you should choose not to attend a class or workshop for which you have registered and paid.
Damaged or Defective Products
Due to the nature of our business, all The I.D.E.A. Store products are sold “as is”. We try our best to accurately describe what we are selling and will label images as “this is the exact one you are buying” or as “this is like the one you are buying”.
